Heather Fremont, a junior at Northern University High School in Cedar Falls, is among 36 students from across Iowa to participate in Capitol Project '06 at the Iowa Statehouse. Iowa high school students prepare and debate a "mock bill" and get a first-hand look at state government through this program hosted annually by the Secretary of State’s office.
